Administrative & Support Officer

Job Description

Consolidate daily sales reports

Ensure daily report is checked and submitted timely

Generate daily sales analysis and revenue report

Performing month-end reconciliation & Management report

General administrative work


Qualification

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level

1 – 2 years’ relevant experience

Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision

Basic accounting knowledge required

Good written communication skills

Team player

Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and Word)
