Bureau De Change - Changi Airport and Budget Terminal

Senior Customer Service Assistants / Customer Service Assistants

You will work at the Bank’s Bureau De Change (BDCs) at the Changi Airport and the Budget Terminal. At the BDCs, you will provide foreign currencies changing to walk-in customers.

•	GCE ‘N’ Level / GCE ‘O’ Level/ Polytechnic Diploma
•	1 – 2 years’relevant experience in money changing or branch operations especially in cash and foreign currencies will be an advantage
•	Candidates who have experience in Changi Airport money changing services or Bureau de Change (BDC) at other commercial / shopping districts will be an advantage
•	Pleasant disposition with excellent sales & service aptitude
•	Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision preferred
•	You must be able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holiday
•	Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs need apply
